Ethernet\uff08PoE\uff0c\u4ee5\u592a\u7db2\u4f9b\u96fb\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u9769\u547d\u6027\u7684\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5b83\u8b93\u7db2\u8def\u8a2d\u5099\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u540c\u4e00\u689d\u4e59\u592a\u7db2\u7e9c\u7dda\u540c\u6642\u50b3\u8f38\u8cc7\u6599\u548c\u96fb\u529b\uff0c\u5927\u5927\u7c21\u5316\u4e86\u5b89\u88dd\u548c\u4f48\u7dda\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u6839\u64da IEEE 802.3 \u6a19\u6e96\u7cfb\u5217\uff0cPoE \u5305\u62ec\u591a\u500b\u898f\u683c\u7248\u672c\uff1aIEEE 802.3af\uff08\u6700\u9ad8 15.4 W\uff09\u3001IEEE 802.3at PoE Plus\uff08\u6700\u9ad8 30 W\uff09\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca IEEE 802.3bt\uff08\u6700\u9ad8 95 W\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h2>PoE \u8a2d\u5099\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u96fb\u6c23\u98a8\u96aa<\/h2>\n<p>PoE \u8a2d\u5099\u901a\u5e38\u63a1\u7528\u591a\u57e0\u4ea4\u63db\u6a5f\u6216\u6ce8\u5165\u5668\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u57e0\u90fd\u7368\u7acb\u4f9b\u96fb\u3002\u5728\u5be6\u969b\u61c9\u7528\u4e2d\u9762\u81e8\u591a\u9805\u96fb\u6c23\u98a8\u96aa\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e59\u592a\u7db2\u7e9c\u7dda\u6545\u969c<\/strong>\uff1a\u7576\u4e59\u592a\u7db2\u7e9c\u7dda\u56e0\u65bd\u5de5\u4e0d\u7576\u3001\u8001\u5316\u6216\u52d5\u7269\u5543\u54ac\u800c\u9020\u6210\u77ed\u8def\u6642\uff0c\u6545\u969c\u57e0\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u96fb\u6e90\u9020\u6210\u904e\u5ea6\u8ca0\u8377\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u9023\u63a5\u5668\u63a5\u89f8\u4e0d\u826f<\/strong>\uff1a\u63a5\u89f8\u4e0d\u826f\u6703\u7522\u751f\u5f27\u5149\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u77ac\u9593\u5927\u96fb\u6d41\u6e67\u6d8c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u672b\u7aef\u8a2d\u5099\u6545\u969c<\/strong>\uff1a\u63a5\u6536 PoE \u96fb\u529b\u7684\u8a2d\u5099\uff08\u5982 IP \u651d\u5f71\u6a5f\u96fb\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u6676\u7247\u6545\u969c\uff09\u53ef\u80fd\u767c\u751f\u77ed\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5916\u754c\u5e72\u64fe<\/strong>\uff1a\u9130\u8fd1\u7684\u5f37\u96fb\u78c1\u5834\u3001\u6d6a\u6d8c\u6216\u96f7\u64ca\u53ef\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u4e59\u592a\u7db2\u7e9c\u7dda\u50b3\u5165\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u904e\u96fb\u58d3\u6216\u904e\u96fb\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u9032\u884c\u9069\u7576\u7684\u904e\u96fb\u6d41\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u6545\u969c\u57e0\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u96fb\u6e90\u4e3b\u63a7\u5236\u5668\u640d\u50b7\u3001\u5176\u4ed6\u57e0\u7684\u4f9b\u96fb\u4e2d\u65b7\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u96b1\u60a3\uff08\u904e\u71b1\u3001\u71c3\u71d2\u98a8\u96aa\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8a2d\u5099\u9577\u671f\u505c\u6a5f\u548c\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\u7dad\u4fee\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h2>\u4fdd\u8b77\u9700\u6c42\u5206\u6790<\/h2>\n\n<h3>\u904e\u96fb\u6d41\u4fdd\u8b77\u5c64<\/h3>\n<p>\u6bcf\u500b PoE \u57e0\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u9032\u884c\u6301\u4e45\u6027\u904e\u96fb\u6d41\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u67d0\u4e00\u57e0\u7684\u6545\u969c\u5f71\u97ff\u6574\u500b\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u6839\u64da PoE \u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u7d1a\u5225\u5c0d\u61c9\u7684\u6700\u5927\u96fb\u6d41\u70ba\uff1aPoE Classic \u7d04 320 mA\u3001PoE Plus \u7d04 625 mA\u3001PoE++ \u7d04 1,980 mA\u3002\u4fdd\u8b77\u5143\u4ef6\u61c9\u5728\u96fb\u6d41\u8d85\u904e\u984d\u5b9a\u503c\u7684 125-150% \u6642\u8fc5\u901f\u8df3\u812b\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6b63\u5e38\u58d3\u964d\u61c9 < 100 mV\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h3>\u8cc7\u6599\u7dda\u6d6a\u6d8c\u4fdd\u8b77\u5c64<\/h3>\n<p>\u4e59\u592a\u7db2\u8cc7\u6599\u7dda\u4e5f\u9700\u8981 ESD \u548c\u77ac\u9593\u6d6a\u6d8c\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u5728\u6236\u5916\u6216\u5de5\u696d\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u3002\u6839\u64da IEC 61000-4-2 \u548c IEC 61000-4-5 \u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u9700\u9054\u5230 ESD \u00b1 15 kV \u63a5\u89f8\u653e\u96fb\u548c \u00b1 2 kV \u6d6a\u6d8c\u6297\u64fe\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h2>\u4fdd\u8b77\u65b9\u6848\u8a2d\u8a08\uff1aPPTC + TVS \u96d9\u91cd\u9632\u8b77<\/h2>\n\n<h3>\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c64\uff1aPPTC \u904e\u96fb\u6d41\u4fdd\u8b77<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shen-jia.com.tw\/pptc-2\/\">PPTC\uff08\u9ad8\u5206\u5b50\u6b63\u6eab\u5ea6\u4fc2\u6578\u81ea\u6062\u5fa9\u4fdd\u96aa\u7d72\uff09<\/a>\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u5de5\u4f5c\u6642\u5448\u73fe\u4f4e\u96fb\u963b\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u7576\u96fb\u6d41\u8d85\u904e\u8df3\u812b\u95be\u503c\u6642\uff0cPPTC \u5167\u90e8\u71b1\u91cf\u4f7f\u805a\u5408\u7269\u81a8\u8139\uff0c\u96fb\u963b\u5927\u5e45\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9650\u5236\u96fb\u6d41\u3002\u6545\u969c\u6392\u9664\u5f8c\u81ea\u52d5\u6062\u5fa9\uff0c\u7121\u9700\u4eba\u5de5\u5e72\u9810\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728 PoE \u8a2d\u5099\u4e2d\u7684\u512a\u52e2\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u81ea\u52d5\u6062\u5fa9\uff08\u5c0d\u591a\u57e0\u4ea4\u63db\u6a5f\u53ef\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\u7dad\u8b77\u6210\u672c\uff09\u3001\u53ef\u9760\u9694\u96e2\uff08\u6bcf\u57e0\u7368\u7acb\u4fdd\u8b77\uff09\u3001\u4f4e\u58d3\u964d\uff08\u50c5 50-100 mV\uff09\u3001\u53cd\u61c9\u8fc5\u901f\uff08\u8df3\u812b\u6642\u9593 < 1 \u79d2\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h3>PPTC \u548c\u6d6a\u6d8c\u640d\u50b7\u3002\u5728\u96fb\u6e90\u7aef\uff0cPPTC \u4e4b\u5f8c\u52a0\u63a5\u55ae\u5411 TVS \u9632\u6b62\u53cd\u5411\u6d6a\u6d8c\uff1b\u5728\u8cc7\u6599\u7dda\u7aef\uff0c\u5728\u4e59\u592a\u7db2\u8b8a\u58d3\u5668\u521d\u7d1a\u5074\u52a0\u63a5\u96d9\u5411 TVS Array \u4fdd\u8b77\u6240\u6709 8 m\u03a9\uff09\uff0c\u642d\u914d\u8cc7\u6599\u7dda TVS Array\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h3>PoE++ \u9ad8\u529f\u7387\u57e0\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0890 W\uff09<\/h3>\n<p>\u904e\u96fb\u6d41\u4fdd\u8b77\u9078\u7528 PPTC\uff08Ih = 15 A\u3001Vmax = 60 V\u3001Rmin = 40 m\u03a9\uff09\uff0c\u642d\u914d\u9ad8\u529f\u7387 TVS Array\uff08IPP \u2265 80 A\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h2>PCB \u4f48\u5c40\u8207\u8a2d\u8a08\u8981\u9ede<\/h2>\n<p><strong>PPTC \u653e\u7f6e\u4f4d\u7f6e<\/strong>\uff1a\u9760\u8fd1 PoE PSE \u7684\u96fb\u6e90\u8f38\u51fa\u7aef\uff0c\u4f4d\u65bc\u4e59\u592a\u7db2\u9023\u63a5\u5668\u548c\u4e3b\u63a7\u5236\u5668\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u8207\u5927\u96fb\u6d41\u8def\u5f91\u9760\u5f97\u592a\u8fd1\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>TVS \u653e\u7f6e\u4f4d\u7f6e<\/strong>\uff1a\u96fb\u6e90\u7aef TVS \u8207 PPTC \u76f8\u9130\uff1b\u8cc7\u6599\u7dda TVS Array \u9760\u8fd1\u4e59\u592a\u7db2\u8b8a\u58d3\u5668\u521d\u7d1a\u5074\uff0c\u8d70\u7dda\u61c9\u77ed\u65bc 20 mm\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u63a5\u5730\u8a2d\u8a08<\/strong>\uff1a\u6240\u6709\u4fdd\u8b77\u5143\u4ef6\u7684 GND \u7aef\u61c9\u76f4\u63a5\u9023\u63a5\u5230\u4e59\u592a\u7db2\u9023\u63a5\u5668\u7684\u91d1\u5c6c\u5916\u6bbc\uff0cGND \u5e73\u9762\u61c9\u9023\u8cab\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6eab\u5ea6\u964d\u984d<\/strong>\uff1aPPTC \u5728\u74b0\u5883\u6eab\u5ea6\u5347\u9ad8\u6642\uff0cIh \u548c It \u6703\u4e0b\u964d\uff08\u6bcf 5\u00b0C \u7d04\u4e0b\u964d 3%\uff09\u3002\u5efa\u8b70\u5728 70\u00b0C USD\uff0c\u6295\u8cc7\u56de\u5831\u6975\u70ba\u986f\u8457\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h2>\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u9a57\u8b49\u8207\u6e2c\u8a66\u5efa\u8b70<\/h2>\n<p>\u5efa\u8b70\u9032\u884c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u9a57\u8b49\uff1a\u52d5\u614b\u904e\u96fb\u6d41\u6e2c\u8a66\uff08\u65bd\u52a0 \u81f3 70\u00b0C\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h2>\u7d50\u8a9e<\/h2>\n<p>PoE \u6280\u8853\u5728\u73fe\u4ee3\u7db2\u8def\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002PPTC \u81ea\u6062\u5fa9\u4fdd\u96aa\u7d72\u8207 TVS \u77ac\u614b\u6291\u5236\u4e8c\u6975\u9ad4\u7684\u7d44\u5408\u4e0d\u50c5\u5728\u6280\u8853\u4e0a\u512a\u65bc\u50b3\u7d71\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u66f4\u5728\u9577\u671f\u6210\u672c\u548c\u53ef\u7dad\u8b77\u6027\u4e0a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u986f\u8457\u512a\u52e2\u3002\u7279\u5225\u662f\u5728\u591a\u57e0\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e2d\uff0c\u81ea\u52d5\u6062\u5fa9\u80fd\u529b\u610f\u5473\u8457\u7121\u9700\u73fe\u5834\u7dad\u4fee\uff0c\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u904b\u71df\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n\n<div
